1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on pkr298, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your pkr298 account:

5 Deposits

pkr298 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. The following conditions govern all deposits made to pkr298 accounts:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be voided pending investigation.
• pkr298 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposit methods. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own service charges independently of pkr298.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your pkr298 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes depending on banking hours and network conditions.
• pkr298 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring thresholds or that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• All deposits are subject to pkr298's AML and fraud prevention policies. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from pkr298 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts under standard conditions, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional processing review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on the player's pkr298 account. pkr298 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr298 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Bonuses are awarded at pkr298's sole discretion. pkr298 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including retrospectively where abuse is detected.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement). Bonus funds and any winnings attributable to them cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the pkr298 platform, across all product verticals including slots, live casino, and sports betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr298 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where pkr298 has made an obvious technical or pricing error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, pkr298 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies to both casino games and sportsbook markets.
• For cricket and other sports betting: pkr298 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or withhold payouts where match integrity concerns arise, including but not limited to suspected spot-fixing, match-fixing, or irregularities in the event outcome.
• pkr298 sports betting odds are subject to change up until market closure. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Changes in odds after placement do not affect existing confirmed bets.
• Game outcomes in pkr298 casino products (slots, live dealer, RNG table games) are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. pkr298 does not manipulate game outcomes. All casino games are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr298 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance or winnings may be forfeited:

• Opening more than one pkr298 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pkr298 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a request by pkr298.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct involving the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the account.
